William Ruto Reacts Over The Appointment Of Gilbert Masengeli As The Deputy Inspector General Of Police

 The president of Kenyan, William Ruto has reacted over Gilbert Masengeli appointment as the new inspector general of police 

William Ruto made this disclosure via his twitter handle on Friday revealed that his government will implore the Police to conduct its activities with professionalism and integrity 

William Ruto statement reads: "We congratulate the newly appointed Deputy Inspector Generals of Police. The Government pledges to support the Police in equipping and modernising it to increase its efficiency in discharging its duties

"We implore the Police to conduct its activities with professionalism and integrity 

"During the presentation of DIGs Eliud Lagat (Kenya Police Service) and Gilbert Masengeli (Administration Police Service) after their swearing-in, State House, Mombasa County
