The fifth batch of Nigerians evacuated from South Africa has safely arrived in Lagos as the Federal Government continues its evacuation and support efforts.
The Air Peace flight brought home over 180 Nigerians, after a technical issue prevented the aircraft from departing as scheduled yesterday.
With this latest arrival, the number of citizens evacuated from South Africa following the recent xenophobic attacks has now risen to about 1,000.
